ABOUT THE POSITION

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will take charge of day to day site operations across high end multi residential projects in Canberra. You will lead the site team, keep subcontractors accountable, drive the programme forward and make sure every stage of the build meets an uncompromising standard of quality and safety. This is a role for someone who knows how to run a site, leads by example and takes pride in what they deliver.

DUTIES

- Day to day site supervision and team management
- Subcontractor coordination and management
- Programme and methodology oversight
- Time, cost and quality management
- WHS compliance and site safety
- Toolbox talks and site inductions
- Liaising with the Site Manager and Project Manager





SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Proven track record as a Foreman on high end multi residential projects
- Trade background preferred
- Strong ability to lead and manage a site team
- Clear communicator who keeps trades and subcontractors performing
- Solid and stable work history with previous employers
