About the Role

We are offering two career pathways:

Trainee Finance & Insurance Consultant

- Full in-house training provided

- 5-day work week

- Learn all aspects of Automotive Finance, Insurance, and Aftercare

- Build your client base and grow into a high-performing Business Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

- Offering finance, insurance, and aftermarket products

- Providing outstanding customer service

- Building and maintaining client relationships

- Meeting and exceeding performance targets





- Liaising with lenders and business partners

- Maintaining compliance and documentation

Qualified Finance & Insurance Consultant (Business Manager)

- 11-day fortnight

- Proven experience in the F&I; industry required

- Step into a fast-paced role with strong support and structure

Additional responsibilities include:

- Delivering results from Day 1

- Following internal systems and processes

- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations

- Participating in ongoing training and accreditation
