A full time permanent position has opened with this Australian owned and operated managed services group on-site in Melbourne's south-east suburbs. You will join a close-knit small team providing a range of technical services to a broad range of customers.

Tasks & responsibilities include:

n

n
- Provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
n
- Support end-users via phone, email, and remote support tools.
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
n
- Monitor and manage client environments and perform daily checks & tasks.
n
- Assist with Projects, cloud migrations, new hardware and software installations.
n
- Have a deep understanding of MSP tools, remote monitoring, and management platforms.
n

Ideally you are a Systems/IT Support Engineer with the following experience:

n

n




- Knowledgeable of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Exchange and Exchange online.
n
- Intune device management and creation of policies + apps
n
- Managing Enterprise applications in Entra ID
n
- Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery
n
- Experience with WinTel Environments
n
- Experience with Virtualisation & Hosted Environments
n
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
n
