Administration role within the Purchasing Department.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Forecasting raw materials for customers – MRP (system based)
n
- Processing Jobs for raw material / other components required.
n
- Sourcing & Supplier Relations: Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and lead times with local film and other substrate suppliers
n
- Purchasing & Logistics: Issue purchase orders, monitor raw material delivery schedules, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent production downtime.
n
- Invoicing Customer Orders

Key Requirements

n

- Preferred: Background in flexible manufacturing (e.g., flexible packaging, lamination, converted films, or polymers) and robust knowledge of film structures (peelable films, barrier layers,



co-extrusions, or laminates).
n
- Proven background in procurement, purchasing, and estimating within a manufacturing environment.
n
- Strong technical aptitude for reading product specifications, attention to detail and manufacturing processors.
n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel and ERP/MRP systems would be an added advantage.
