What You'll Be Doing

- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Supporting customers experiencing financial hardship or vulnerability
- Negotiating fair and compliant payment arrangements
- Resolving account enquiries and overcoming objections
- Delivering positive customer experiences while achieving business outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and following compliance requirements

What You'll Need

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

Desirable Experience

- Experience in collections, customer service,



financial services, or account management
- Experience assisting customers experiencing hardship or vulnerability
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
