OnlineAutoParts.com.au is looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Expert in Car Spare Parts to join our team in our Virginia, QLD location. This full time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and expert sales support to our clients across the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to clients via phone, email and in-person interactions

Utilising your extensive product knowledge to identify the right car spare parts for customer needs

Processing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery

Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers

Upselling complementary products to increase sales

Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and orders

Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve our customer experience

Using our own bespoke In-house programs, Oscar AutoInfo, Salesforce, Peach Software.

Opportunities for Catalogue building and other database inhouse program.

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years' experience in the Automotive Car Spare Parts industry

Extensive knowledge of car spare parts, accessories and their applications

A great knowledge of Car Parts Wholesalers and vehicle models





Someone that knows their way around a keyboard and computer applications

Clear pleasant phone manor and communication skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify customer needs

Highly organized with attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing

Passion for providing exceptional customer service and going the extra mile
