Where you'll be working

Join the Integrated Violence Prevention & Response Service (IVPRS), a specialist service providing leadership, clinical care and capacity building across sexual assault, domestic violence and child protection. Working from Blacktown Community Health Centre, you will be part of a highly skilled and compassionate team dedicated to supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

- Work within a respected specialist service supporting violence, abuse and neglect portfolios
- Collaborate with counsellors, clinicians, forensic medical staff, police and community partners
- Be part of a supportive team that values reflective practice, cultural safety and collective care
- Contribute to creative, integrated service delivery across Western Sydney
- Access opportunities for professional development, supervision and ongoing learning

What you'll be doing

- Deliver crisis counselling,



advocacy, support and information to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence
- Facilitate access to medical and forensic services while working collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Provide short-term case management, risk assessment and psychosocial support to clients with complex needs
- Participate in a 24-hour on-call roster supporting adults and young people following recent sexual assault
- Contribute to integrated care through joint case management, referrals, consultation, community engagement and capacity‑building initiatives
