Key responsibilities

- Provide clinical leadership and act as the go-to clinician for GPs and Nurse Practitioners
- Support day-to-day clinical operations, workflow, and issue resolution
- Lead service development, model-of-care change, and implementation of new initiatives
- Drive quality, safety, accreditation, and clinical performance improvement
- Contribute to clinical governance, oversight, and advisory forums
- Embed culturally responsive practice and monitor equity outcomes
- Support orientation, development, and performance of clinical staff

A bit about you





- Relevant clinical qualification with current APC
- Clinical credibility and confidence leading peers
- Experience with quality assurance, accreditation, or governance frameworks
- Solid systems awareness and ability to optimise clinical processes
- Practical application of Tikanga Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Organised, adaptable, and effective in complex environments
