About the Role
As an experienced optometrist, you’ll work in a high‑performing store with a strong, cohesive dispensing team and excellent relationships with local ophthalmologists. You’ll enjoy a fast‑paced clinic with diverse pathology, a full suite of diagnostic technology, and access to CPD, training events, and mentoring from highly skilled store partners.
This role is ideal for an optometrist who thrives in a dynamic environment, values clinical excellence, and is looking for a pathway to partnership.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred optometry services across two modern practices
- Manage a busy clinical schedule with exposure to a wide range of pathology
- Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment including Topcon OCT, Tonoref 3, Humphrey VFA, Eyelight IPL, applanation tonometry and full Nidek integrated systems
- Work collaboratively with an experienced dispensing team and local ophthalmologists
- Contribute to CPD activities, clinical development, and team training
- Support store partners in maintaining high clinical and customer service standards
- Build strong patient relationships and uphold best‑practice clinical care





About the Team & Environment

- 4 full‑time optometrists across two stores (2 store partners + 2 graduates)
- 20 retail team members across both locations
