Sydney CBD - On-site Role
Up to $130,000 + Superannuation

The opportunity to join one of the biggest Retail businesses in Australia, sitting within a super high-performance Talent & HR team and reporting directly into the Head of Talent. Working across a broad portfolio of internal functions, partnering directly with Senior Stakeholders, to shape, drive & deliver the internal Talent Acquisition strategy.

The Role:
This is a high-impact, highly strategic Business Partner role, working alongside a range of Senior Stakeholders, Hiring Managers & the wider HR team, to secure & attract strong talent into the business.

Working across a wide portfolio of internal functions, but with a big focus on Marketing, Operations & Finance roles, you will be responsible for shaping & delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and deliver effective hiring strategies to secure top talent.

Working directly alongside the Head of Talent, you'll manage the end to end recruitment process, from sourcing & advertising, through to onboarding, as well as maintaining & developing talent pipelines for future opportunities & business growth.

Experience & Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated, strong experience within Talent Acquisition, either from an Internal or Agency environment
- A solid track record in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening, advertising, through to contract management & onboarding
- Strong, senior stakeholder relationship management and the ability to work across a diverse range of Hiring Leaders
- Experience in recruiting within Operations, Finance & Marketing roles would be super advantageous, but not essential
- The ability to consult,



advise & truly partner with Hiring Leaders, to shape & deliver on the Talent Acquisition strategy
- Solid experience in building talent pools & talent pipelines, as well as work across and manage a high volume of active vacancies
- The ability to use data to influence hiring decisions and drive best practices
- Strong, hands on experience in maintaining and working within ATS systems with a focus on data hygiene
