A well-established paediatric private practice in ACT is seeking a skilled and confident Occupational Therapist to step into a Team Leader position. This is a full-time leadership opportunity designed for a senior clinician ready to supervise staff, drive service development, and maintain a high-quality paediatric caseload.

About the Employer / Practice

- Over 30 years of paediatric OT experience, led by a clinician-director
- Occupational Therapists supported by Allied Health Assistants and a 3-person admin team
- Caseload is primarily NDIS (90%) with the remaining 10% from CYPS, iCare,



and private referrals
- Therapy includes 0-18 years, assistive technology, and home modifications
- Work model blends clinic-based and mobile therapy, with exclusive partnerships across community and education settings
- An active student supervision program through partnerships with three Australian universities
