About the Role:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic and growing aged care allied health provider in Geelong, VIC. This is a 6-month contract role delivering high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services within a dementia care specialist residential aged care facility as part of an innovative Dementia Care pilot program. You will work within a supportive team environment, conducting clinical assessments, developing and maintaining care plans and ensuring a person-centred approach to care across all interactions.

- Provide high-quality, timely, evidence-based occupational therapy services within a dementia care specialist residential aged care setting
- Deliver services as part of an innovative Dementia Care pilot program
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop and maintain care plans and clinical goals
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Maintain clinical documentation to a high standard in line with company, clinical site and medico-legal requirements
- Liaise with the Team Leader for day-to-day management and clinical advice
- Prepare relevant reports as required




- Attend team meetings as required
- Adhere to company policies and practices

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated competence across a wide range of clinical conditions and service settings
- Experience in aged care, residential care or dementia care settings (highly regarded)
- Evidence of meeting key performance measures
- Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Eligible to work in Australia
