Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of SMP completion and punch list activities.
- Manage mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and plant handover requirements.
- Coordinate site supervisors, construction crews, and subcontractors to hit milestones.
- Review and approve work packs, ITPs, method statements, and turnover documentation.
- Provide technical leadership during planned outages, reinstatement, and return-to-service.

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- 5+ years of relevant engineering experience across mining, industrial, or construction sectors.
- Essential hands-on completions project experience within major SMP assets.




- Solid knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and statutory/client HSE regulations.
- Exceptional analytical capability, client-facing skills, and stakeholder management.
