About Your Role:

- The practice is attached to and has the option for a suitable candidate to work in a mix of both UCC and Clinic. Giving you a high level of flexibility within this role.
- Provide high-quality, patient-focused care aligned with current clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and uphold RACGP Standards for General Practice (5th Edition).
- Contribute to service planning, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in clinical handover, maintain clear communication with colleagues and support continuity of care.
- Engage patients in informed decision-making and ensure accessible health information delivery.
- Maintain professional registration,



undertake ongoing CME and apply recent evidence to practice.
- Support accreditation processes, risk management activities and safe service delivery.

Your Desired Skills & Experience:

- MBBS & AHPRA vocational registration (VR).
- Experience in general practice, urgent care, emergency medicine or community health.
- Active involvement in RACGP QA and CME programs.
- Robust understanding of clinical governance principles and Medicare requirements.
- Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., Best Practice).
- Ability to demonstrate sound clinical judgement and evidence-based decision-making.
- Clear, effective communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Desirable: FRACGP, with accreditation processes and a proactive approach to service improvement.
- Required: CPR, BLS/ALS, Police Check, WWCC and immunisation compliance.
