We're partnering with a highly respected, established Melbourne real estate agency seeking a Property Manager to join its close-knit and collaborative team.

What's on Offer

- $80,000-$92,000 + Super + Commissions
- 1 day work from home each week
- Car allowance and phone allowance provided
- Portfolio of approximately 160-180 properties (based on experience)
- Leasing support to assist with inspections and applications
- Dedicated field support to reduce time on the road
- Local portfolio, with properties generally located within a 10km radius of the office
- Minimal weekend commitment (approximately 1 in 6 half-day Saturdays or less), with a full weekday provided in lieu
- Ongoing professional development and mentoring
- Clear progression into Senior Property Manager, Team Leader and Management opportunities
- Long-term opportunity to transition into Commercial Property Management for those interested in broadening their career

The Role

You'll take ownership of your own residential portfolio while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of a residential portfolio




- Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Routine, entry and final inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management
- Overseeing leasing activity with dedicated support
- Ensuring compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Delivering exceptional customer service and communication

About You

You'll ideally have:

- Minimum 1-2 years' residential Property Management experience preferred
- Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agent's Representative)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for property management
