About Our Client
Our client is a well-capitalised developer with a strong pipeline of mixed-use residential projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Development Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale mixed-use development from planning through to completion.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Development Director, you will work on the coordination and delivery of mixed-use residential projects across multiple stages of development. Other key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating Consultants, Authorities, & Project Stakeholders
- DA Submissions, Planning approvals, & Design Management
- Feasibility Modelling, Budgeting, & Financial Reporting
- Preparing Reports, Presentations, & Development Updates




- Monitoring Programme, Project Risks, & Key Milestones

Who We’re Looking For
To be considered for this exciting prospect it is essential that you have current experience as an Assistant Development Manager looking to take the next step in your career or a Development Manager seeking a recent career opportunity. Other requirements include:

- Residential Apartment & Mixed-Use Development Experience
- Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction, or Equivalent
- The Ability to Take Direction & Complete Assigned Tasks
- Solid Commercial & Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills
