The Opportunity An established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Revit Drafter to join its expanding Sydney structural team.

The business operates across Australia and internationally, providing integrated structural, civil, building services, fire engineering and sustainability solutions. Its Sydney structural division has grown to more than 20 professionals and continues to expand, supported by a strong portfolio of secured and upcoming projects.

You will work across substantial building developments, with a particular focus on high-rise residential projects alongside commercial, mixed-use and other large-scale structures.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a technically strong and well-regarded team where you will be trusted to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas and help maintain high documentation and modelling standards. An experienced, proactive drafter who enjoys working autonomously while remaining closely connected to engineers, project leaders and other technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce accurate structural models, drawings and construction documentation using Revit
- Work across large and technically challenging building structures
- Coordinate structural documentation with architectural, building services and other engineering disciplines
- Interpret engineering designs, sketches and technical information
- Identify and resolve documentation and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle




- Manage drafting priorities and deliver documentation within agreed project programs
- Undertake model reviews and contribute to quality assurance processes
- Support and mentor less experienced drafting team members where appropriate
- Work closely with structural engineers and project leaders from concept design through to construction documentation

About You You will ideally bring:

- Strong structural drafting and documentation experience within an engineering consultancy
- Advanced Revit capability, ideally supported by experience with large or complex building projects
- Demonstrated exposure to high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use or similar building structures
- A sound understanding of reinforced concrete and structural steel documentation
- The ability to produce coordinated, accurate and construction-ready documentation
- Familiarity with Australian building standards, structural conventions and consultancy practices
- Solid communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills
- The confidence to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of project deliverables
- A proactive, self-starting approach and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Relevant drafting, engineering or building design qualifications
