WA PCYC is looking for a Youth Engagement Officer to join our Roebourne safeSPACE™ team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is energetic, approachable and passionate about creating a protected and positive space where young people can belong, connect and thrive.

As a Youth Engagement Officer, you’ll play an important role in engaging with young people aged 12–25, building genuine relationships and delivering activities and programs that encourage participation, confidence and positive connections.

What you’ll be doing

- Building solid, positive relationships with young people
- Creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
- Supporting and delivering youth activities, events and programs
- Encouraging young people to get involved and try new things




- Connecting young people with positive opportunities and support
- Working with the local community and PCYC team to create meaningful outcomes

About you We’re looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and genuinely enjoys working with young people. You’ll need to be a great communicator, comfortable building relationships and able to bring creativity and enthusiasm to the role.

Experience in youth work, community services, sport, recreation or a similar environment is highly regarded, but we’re more interested in your attitude, values and passion for making a difference.
