This excellent opportunity which reports into the Regional Operations Manager will see you using your strong leadership experience in high risk equipment/ trades and workshop management. The position will see you not only manage the staff, but you will also be in charge the point of sale ensuring the smooth operation of the branch.

The Role includes but is not limited to:-

- Overseeing & assisting the Field Service Co ordinators
- Allocation of service work orders to workshop Technicians, monitoring the job progress
- Management of stock levels, bin maintenance and stocktake
- Supporting parts ordering, processing & receipt of goods
- Building & maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
- Policies and procedures implementation and monitoring
- Empowering, coaching and development of the Workshop, Leading hands & Field Service Team Leaders
- Monitoring industry trends, sharing insights with the management team
- Providing training, leadership & performance management




- Toolbox talks and safety meetings
- General administration tasks

The right person will:-

- Have previous experience as a Service manager or supervisor - ready for the next step
- Be a robust communicator and have excellent organisational skills
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Be robust on ERP systems (Baseline experience will be highly regarded)
- Be self motivated and have strong leadership skills - set the tone and lead by example
- Have knowledge of safety in a workshop and compliance requirements

The role will see you mostly working on site, however, you would be visiting some customers on site as well. If you're wanting to work for a company leader who values their staff, this could be the role for you. There is no weekend work which is rare!! Only perm residents can apply!
