The Role





You'll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio while focusing on what matters most—building strong relationships with landlords and tenants and delivering exceptional customer service.
With dedicated administrative assistance and field support, you'll spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time adding value to your clients.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 1-2+ years' experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Communicates confidently with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Is organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Takes pride in providing outstanding customer service
- Holds a current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (or equivalent)
