The Urgent Care Centre operates from a separate building on the same site as the general practice, providing doctors with the flexibility to work full-time in Urgent Care or combine Urgent Care shifts with General Practice.

- Opportunity to work in a dedicated Medicare Urgent Care Centre
- Urgent Care facility co-located with an established general practice
- Adaptable working arrangements, including full-time or hybrid opportunities
- Support for doctors interested in developing their Urgent Care skills
- Procedural upskilling opportunities, including skills such as applying a backslab and interpreting X-rays
- Supported by experienced nursing and administrative teams
- Opportunity to work alongside an established General Practice team within the same healthcare group

LOCATION
Somerville is located on Victoria's picturesque Mornington Peninsula, approximately 55 km south-east of Melbourne CBD (around a 60-minute drive).

EARNINGS

- Competitive remuneration package
- Urgent Care shifts offering approximately $200–$250 per hour, depending on the time of year, with higher rates available on weekends and public holidays
- Contract terms and remuneration will be discussed during the recruitment process

THIS WOULD SUIT

- NHS-trained MRCGP, MICGP, CCFP or FRNZCGP GPs
- Unrestricted Fellowed FRACGPs and FACRRMs
- 10 year moratorium for the AHPRA Expedited Pathway.
