Our client is an Australian manufacturer and distributor of lubrication, fluid-handling, and industrial equipment, trusted by trade and industrial customers nationally.
The company is now growing their internal sales team and are looking for two Inside Sales Representatives for the Sydney office. The role is to own and grow a dedicated portfolio of smaller commercial accounts by phone — no cold calling, no field travel, just building real relationships with the company's existing customers.
What you'll do:
- Manage your own portfolio of 600+ existing accounts on a structured call cycle — you decide how to build the relationship, the company will give you the system to run it.
- Take orders, quote, and proactively spot opportunities to grow each account.
- Work closely with the field Territory Managers and Customer Service team — you're never on an island.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in phone-based sales,
account management, or customer service ideally B2B or trade/industrial.
- A confident, genuine phone manner and the discipline to run a consistent call cycle.
- Comfort with numbers, CRM systems, and juggling a large account list.
