We're partnering with a well-established property owner and manager seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse commercial and industrial portfolio across the Northern Territory.

You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, work closely with an experienced facilities management team and play a key role in maintaining assets to an exceptional standard.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out in their portfolio, building strong tenant relationships and taking pride in presenting assets at their best.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, facilities teams and contractors to ensure assets are well maintained, tenants are well looked after and operational issues are resolved proactively.

Success in this role comes from staying ahead of problems, communicating effectively and taking ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets
- Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Work closely with facilities management teams to maintain high asset standards
- Oversee maintenance, contractor engagement and property-related issues
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify improvement opportunities




- Assist with budgeting, reporting and portfolio performance initiatives
- Ensure assets remain compliant, well-presented and professionally managed

You'll bring:

- Experience managing commercial, industrial or mixed-use assets
- Strong stakeholder and tenant relationship skills
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- Confidence managing challenging conversations when required
- A genuine sense of ownership and accountability
