ConsultANZ is looking for a Piling Supervisor to join our client, a leading specialist in piling, shoring walls, and basement construction. Renowned for delivering safe, effective, and high-quality foundation solutions, our client works on some of the most complex earthworks projects in Australia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and oversee piling operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
- Supervise piling crews, enforcing compliance with safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless site operations.
- Inspect and manage piling equipment and materials, ensuring readiness and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of piling works, site activities, and project milestones.
- Provide practical, hands-on leadership and resolve site issues promptly to keep projects on track.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on civil infrastructure projects.




- Extensive expertise in piling and ground engineering techniques.
- Proficiency with methods including CFA, Kelly piles, Bored piles, Driven piles, and Diaphragm walls.
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Proven track record of working effectively with Project Managers to achieve project outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
