What You’ll Be Doing
- Apply your allied health clinical expertise to support individuals across recovery, capacity-building and return-to-work pathways
- Conduct functional, ergonomic, ADL, workplace and capacity assessments
- Develop explicit, evidence-based rehabilitation plans with measurable outcomes
- Support clients transitioning into new employment, modified duties, community roles or training options
- Manage a varied caseload with strong systems, templates and consistent 1:1 mentoring
- Collaborate with employers, insurers, treating practitioners and other key stakeholders
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted rehabilitation partner across Bunbury and the Southwest region

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy or Exercise Physiology
- AHPRA or ESSA registration
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check if successful
