About the role

This is a high-impact, strategic P&C; Business Partner role, partnering closely with Senior Leaders and General Managers across Head Office and Distribution to shape workforce strategy, capability and organisational effectiveness.

Working across a broad portfolio including Product, Planning, Supply Chain, Technology, Customer, Brand and Distribution, you'll translate business priorities into people strategy, using commercial insight and people data to drive organisational performance and support the business through growth and change.

What you'll be doing:

- Partner directly with Senior Leaders and General Managers across Head Office and Distribution
- Shape and deliver workforce strategies across organisational design, workforce planning and capability
- Use people data and commercial insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Coach leaders across performance, engagement, leadership capability and employee experience
- Lead and support complex ER/IR matters, Enterprise Agreement negotiations and organisational change

What you'll bring:

- 7+ years' experience in a Senior HR/P&C; Business Partnering role within a complex environment
- Strong experience across ER/IR,



Enterprise Agreement bargaining, union engagement and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Proven experience across workforce planning, organisational design and change management
- Strong commercial acumen, people analytics and senior stakeholder influencing skills
