We're searching for a Head of Strategy to lead and elevate the strategic capability of a major integrated agency. This is a senior leadership role for someone who doesn't just practice strategy; they build, shape, and embed it across an entire organisation.

What You'll Lead

- Setting the strategic direction across brand, creative, communications, retail and CX.
- Acting as the senior strategic voice in client relationships, pitches and leadership forums.
- Developing strategies for senior stakeholders, including C‑suite and global audiences.
- Creating inspiring creative briefs that unlock original thinking.

What You'll Build

- Establishing and growing the strategy function, tools, frameworks, processes and team structure.
- Mentoring and developing strategists, lifting capability across the discipline.
- Connecting with global teams to share thinking and bring international intelligence into the local market.
- Contributing to agency-wide thought leadership and strategic positioning.

How You'll Partner

- Building deep understanding of client brands, business challenges and consumer context.
- Acting as strategic guardian across short- and long-term planning.
- Leading workshops, interviews and strategic planning sessions.




- Identifying growth opportunities for clients and for the agency.

Insights & Research

- Leading rigorous insight generation across qualitative, quantitative and cultural research.
- Using data to build compelling strategic narratives.
- Applying segmentation, journey mapping, brand modelling and CX frameworks.
- Staying across industry trends, emerging tech and cultural shifts.

Experience We're Looking For

- 12+ years in a senior strategy role within an agency, consultancy or marketing environment.
- Proven experience building or leading a strategy function.
- Solid background in brand, creative, communications, retail and CX strategy.
- Deep experience in consumer insights, segmentation and research methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual presentation skills, confident at the most senior level.
