Whether you're an Engineer looking to move into estimation, Estimator looking to step up, a Senior Estimator seeking greater responsibility, or an experienced Estimating Manager wanting a fresh challenge, we are working on a range of opportunities to suit different levels of experience.
The Opportunity
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders across a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects while working closely with delivery teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
Depending on the opportunity, you may be involved in major road infrastructure, water and wastewater projects, utilities, bulk earthworks, structures, subdivisions and other civil construction works.

The Role
In this role, you will:
- Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for civil infrastructure projects
- Review drawings, specifications and scope documentation
- Complete quantity take-offs and pricing schedules
- Develop construction methodologies and tender strategies
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Assess commercial risks and identify value engineering opportunities
- Participate in tender reviews and client clarifications
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project handovers
About You
To succeed, you will bring:
- Experience estimating civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Exposure to roads, water, wastewater, utilities, earthworks, structures or subdivisions
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
- Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
