Through supported and sustained growth, this Leading Engineering Consultant has put themselves at the forefront of Structural Engineering Consultancies in Australia and is looking for a dedicated and ambitious Associate Structural Engineer to join their successful team. This role will suit either a proven Senior Structural Engineer looking for the next step in their career or an Associate looking to join a Great Team.
Working with a highly regarded leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in major project leadership and management along with both the technical development of project teams and continued market engagement.
In short the critical aspects of this job are:
- Structural Engineering Leadership, Design Management and Delivery
- Provide a key interface between design teams and clients, consultants and contractors
- Robust Structural Engineering Capability across a range of Commercial Buildings with the ability to add value through applying industry leading Engineering Solutions
- Growth and Development of Technically Capable Structural Team
- Ongoing Market Engagement creating the opportunity for new and repeat business
- Collaborate with project teams (internal and external) to ensure engineering solutions are presented to the highest standard
