We are representing a well-established not-for-profit provider in the recruitment of an OSHC Service Coordinator based in Emu Plains.

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service, overseeing a team of Assistant Coordinators, Educational Leader, and Educators. You will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality programs while fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

- Salary: $45 – $55 per hour + Super + Split Shift Allowance
- Employment Type: Full time, permanent (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
- Hours: Split shift | 6:30am–11:00am & 2:00pm–5:30pm
- Includes 20 out-of-ratio hours (off the floor)
- Be the Responsible Person on site
- Support to complete Diploma qualification with paid study leave

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and manage the daily operations of the OSHC service
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of educators
- Deliver engaging programs aligned with My Time, Our Place
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework and service policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and stakeholders

What You’ll Need

- Experience in OSHC or Early Years Education
- Leadership or senior educator experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- Current WWCC, First Aid, Police Check, and Child Protection training
