Opportunity:
A boutique two chair practice in Miranda is looking for an experienced Dentist to join the team around three days a week, with potential to include Saturdays.
This is not your average general practice. The clinic is built around a biological approach to dentistry, focused on the oral microbiome and getting the foundations right before moving into more complex treatment. It is a deliberately slower, more considered way of working that prioritises long term outcomes over volume.
The principal has niched into laser dentistry, cosmetic work, endodontics and periodontics, so this role is for a dentist confident placing implants and performing bone grafts, with steady demand already in place for that work.
About You:
You hold current AHPRA registration and have a minimum of five years of clinical experience in Australia. You are confident working independently, as this role does not include a mentoring program.
You can place implants and perform bone grafts to a high standard, as this is central to the patients the practice sees. You are genuinely drawn to a biological, considered approach to dentistry rather than a high volume model.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver implant placement and bone grafting to a high clinical standard
Provide comprehensive general and surgical dentistry independently
