An opportunity exists for an experienced Associate Dentist to join a modern, fully digital dental practice in Perth's northern suburbs. The practice has built its reputation on comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry, backed by genuine investment in technology and an established, multi-dentist team.

One of the practice's long-standing providers is relocating to a regional area, leaving behind a busy and well-managed patient base. Rather than spending the first months of the role building demand, you'll be stepping into consistent clinical work from day one, with the autonomy to practise a broad scope of general dentistry.

The clinical environment is built around CEREC digital dentistry for same-day restorations, onsite OPG imaging and Waterlase laser technology, all supported by fully digital workflows. A dedicated hygiene and preventive care program means routine maintenance is well handled by the wider team, freeing you to focus on more complex and rewarding clinical work.

About You
You're a dentist with current registration with the Dental Board of Australia,



excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to high clinical standards. Experience in comprehensive general dentistry is preferred, though not essential, and you're comfortable working collaboratively within an established team environment.

This role will suit a clinician looking for long-term stability in a contemporary, well-equipped practice, someone who wants the autonomy to build lasting patient relationships without sacrificing the support of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a broad scope of comprehensive general dentistry
- Utilise CEREC, OPG imaging and Waterlase laser technology in day-to-day treatment planning
- Work collaboratively within an established, multi-dentist clinical team
- Coordinate with the hygiene team on preventive and routine care
- Maintain high clinical, ethical and professional standards
