Clinical Governance Manager - Community Aged Care - Central Brisbane

I'm partnering with an established community care provider to recruit an experienced Clinical Governance Manager for a key national clinical governance position based in Central Brisbane.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is an opportunity to influence clinical quality, governance and risk across the organisation while leading an established team of Clinical Advisors.

What's On Offer:

- $160K–$200K salary package
- Permanent, full time senior leadership position
- Monday to Friday hours – 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
- Direct reporting line to the Managing Director
- National clinical governance scope with no travel required
- Support from two experienced Clinical Advisors
- Genuine influence across quality, risk, compliance and clinical practice
- Central Brisbane head office location

Main Duties:
- Lead and strengthen the organisation's clinical governance framework across its national operations.
- Drive continuous accreditation readiness, quality improvement and clinical assurance.
- Identify emerging clinical and operational risks and implement practical strategies to strengthen care delivery.
- Oversee clinical incidents,



complaints and corrective actions to improve consumer safety and service quality.
- Mentor and develop clinical teams, strengthening capability and consistency of practice.
- Provide clear clinical governance advice and reporting to executive leadership and the Board.

Essentials:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum five years' experience working as an RN within a clinical environment.
- At least five years' senior clinical governance experience.
- Strong understanding of aged care, disability or community/in-home care.
- Demonstrated experience across quality improvement, clinical risk, compliance and accreditation.
- Strong stakeholder capability with the confidence to influence at executive level.
