About the Position:

Our client is searching for a Senior Family Lawyer with 4–8+ years PAE to take on a leadership role within their busy Gold Coast practice.

You will handle a diverse portfolio of family law cases, including high-net-worth property settlements, parenting arrangements, divorce, financial agreements, and matters involving domestic and family violence. The role involves mentoring junior legal staff, managing files autonomously, and contributing to strategic outcomes across the firm. Support staff are on hand to assist with administrative, billing, and client onboarding tasks, allowing you to focus on high-quality legal work.





This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in a leadership position while being supported on a structured path toward Specialist Accreditation or Partnership.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years PAE in Family Law, ideally in a private firm
- Proven ability to manage complex legal matters independently
- Mentoring or leadership experience highly regarded
- Strong focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes
- Commitment to long-term growth in the family law field
