✨What You’ll Get:

- $80,000 - $85,000 base salary + Super
- $1,000 annual PD budget + PD leave
- Flexibility: full time, part-time, or casual
- Hybrid working available for non-client tasks

✨What You’ll Do:

You’ll deliver high-quality, client-centred speech therapy to clients across the lifespan. Your caseload will grow as your confidence builds and may include:

- Speech sound and motor speech disorders
- Language and literacy development
- Swallowing and feeding support
- Autism and complex needs
- Voice therapy and adult neuro rehab




- Group therapy in themed rooms and community settings

✨Your Work Environment:

- Clinic based near Labrador
- Beautiful, themed therapy rooms with one-way mirrors for observation
- Sensory spaces, group therapy zones, and accessible kitchens
- Admin support to streamline bookings, reports, and diaries
- 90% in-clinic work with 10% community or home visits
- Travel reimbursed at $0.99/km

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
