About the role:

- Manage case portfolios – Coordinate occupational rehabilitation cases and work with key stakeholders to achieve sustainable recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
- Conduct assessments – Complete face-to-face and remote assessments to identify barriers and develop practical, individualised rehabilitation strategies.
- Deliver rehabilitation services – Provide wellness programs, pre-employment assessments, and targeted single-service interventions.
- Attend case conferences – Participate in employer, insurer, treating practitioner, and stakeholder meetings to maintain momentum and achieve positive outcomes.




- Collaborate with colleagues – Work alongside experienced consultants on complex and shared cases, drawing on multidisciplinary expertise.
- Contribute to projects – Get involved in broader workplace initiatives including injury prevention programs, job dictionaries, and other tailored employer solutions.

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists & Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 12 + months experience in occupational rehab and Same Employer space is preferred
- Have a natural ability and enjoy building relationships with your customers
- Full AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
