Connect Resources is currently seeking experienced FIFO Operators for a range of upcoming projects across gold mines, wind farms, solar farms, and civil construction sites.

Rosters mostly include 2:1 swings, with some projects running 10/4. If you're experienced in any of the roles below, we want to hear from you:

Roles required:

- Final Trim Excavator Operators (GPS needed)
- MC/HC Drivers
- Float Operators
- Pozi Operators
- Multi-Skilled Operators (Moxy/Loader/Roller/Excavator/HR etc)
- Dogman & Riggers
- Telehandler Operators

Being competent across multiple roles/machines is highly beneficial.

Project Scope:

- Civil earthworks across gold mines, wind farms, solar farms, and civil construction sites
- Final trim and detailed earthworks
- Load and transport of plant, machinery, and materials
- Rigging and dogging duties across various lifts




- General site support and machine operation as required
- Labouring duties for some roles

What You Need:

- Relevant tickets/licences for your role (RII tickets, MC/HC licence, Dogman/Rigging ticket, etc.)
- Civil experience essential, prior FIFO experience beneficial
- White Card
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & Drug & Alcohol test
