We are seeking strong performers who are reliable and resiliant to work for this company leader located in Macquarie Park. The role will start on a temp basis and once you've prooved how outstanding you are, the role will transition to a perm opportunity.
This role includes:

- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls – providing exceptional service to patients, clinics, and hospitals
- Performing accurate data entry into SAP
- Liaising with various internal teams – including sales, logistics, and warehousing
- Supporting order management and customer follow-ups
- Tracking orders and managing customer information
- Assisting with invoicing and general admin work

What We’re Looking For:





- Previous experience in a customer support role,working within an office or Call Centre
- Strong communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach
- Ability to work through a high volume of calls and adapt to change
- A background in the medical or healthcare industry is highly regarded
- Experience using SAP is essential
