This is a pivotal role ensuring optimum workflow planning of a team of Field Technicians carrying out service & planned maintenance work. You will enjoy fast paced liaison with clients and technicians to ensure appointments run smoothly.

About You
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Scheduling / Despatch type role background with experience in the fire industry.
