The Role:
This is more than just a Sales Associate role — it’s a genuine pathway into Co-Agent or standalone Sales Agent.
Work alongside a high-performing Selling Principal within a prestigious, polished real estate brand in a convenient Inner-North Brisbane location.
You’ll be immersed in the full sales process, building your skills, profile and earning potential while learning directly from an established area specialist.
We’re looking for someone with sales experience, drive and ambition who is organised, confident and ready to build a long-term career in real estate.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Prospect, nurture leads and work towards sales KPIs
- Manage the CRM, pipeline and sales appraisals
- Coordinate the lead agent’s diary, appointments and follow-ups
- Prepare documentation and coordinate sales campaigns
- Organise photography, floor plans and marketing material
- Attend appraisals, auctions and client appointments
- Conduct open homes and private inspections (Saturday work required)
- Assist with prospecting and local area marketing
You must hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate,
current driver’s licence and have a reliable vehicle.
