- Hold NESA accreditation
- Have Australian work rights
- Have relevant teaching experience in their subject area
- Have strong NSW curriculum knowledge and a passion for practical learning
- Are committed to engaging students and creating positive learning environments
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills
- Are comfortable working within faith-based school communities, where applicable
