What you’ll be doing

- Lead, coach and support a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain your own MSK clinical caseload
- Mentor and develop clinicians
- Drive clinical quality and positive client outcomes
- Build strong relationships with referral partners
- Support team performance and service growth




- Work alongside senior leaders and clinical specialists

What you’ll bring

- NZ Physiotherapy registration and current APC
- Robust MSK Physiotherapy experience
- Previous leadership, mentoring or people management experience
- Good understanding of ACC rehabilitation and the NZ health sector
- A genuine interest in developing people and improving services
- Full NZ Driver Licence
