The Role

- Lead, mentor and develop Associate and junior clinicians
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessment and treatment for upper limb and hand conditions
- Manage your own clinical caseload while supporting the wider team
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across varied clinical settings
- Contribute to team meetings, training and professional development
- Identify opportunities for service development and continuous improvement
- Bring energy, initiative and a positive, can-do approach to your work

You’ll be an experienced Hand Therapist who is ready to broaden your impact through leadership and mentoring.

You’ll bring:

- Current APC and registered membership with Hand Therapy New Zealand
- Proven experience working as a Hand Therapist
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing other clinicians
- Confidence working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- A proactive, positive approach and a desire to contribute beyond your own caseload
