The Role
The Manufacturing Administrator role would see you provide a range of administration support across, production, finance, procurement, compliance and HR. You will leverage your previous experience in a similar role, providing internal customers and team support that is prompt and accurate. Your proactive and friendly attitude, excellent communication and administration skills, along with your understanding of supply chain and manufacturing will see you succeed in this energetic role.

Duties

- Work as a primary point of contact for clients and customers via phone, email and face to face, tending to their inquiries and requirements
- Input and maintain accurate data and information into internal ERP system
- Support procurement team, liaising with suppliers and monitoring delivery dates and timelines, escalating problems where appropriate
- In providing support across production, manufacturing and procurement you will keep accurate records, complete tasks diligently and as instructed

Essential Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing or supply chain administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, with a meticulous approach
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software,



Microsoft Office applications or manufacturing specific ERP systems
