What are we looking for?

Infinity is seeking a Leading Hand in Sydney where you will report to the Site Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other associated partners.

A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven track record experience working as a carpenter or relevant trade in large scale commercial construction.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred, Certificate 3 in Building.
- Knowledge of construction management processes and methods
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a large team and manage trades.
- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the team and subcontractors.




- Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
