Opportunity
A part-time Associate Dentist role has opened up in a close-knit practice in Perth's northern suburbs, working Wednesdays and Fridays with occasional Saturday mornings available. The team is six dentists and one hygienist who genuinely get on, work hard, and don't take themselves too seriously.

Clinically, you're well set up. The practice runs CEREC for same-day restorations, rotary endodontics and its own implant surgery facilities, and there's real scope to work across orthodontics, crown and bridge, oral surgery and implant dentistry depending on what you enjoy. Ultimately you drive the treatment you're comfortable providing, with an experienced team around you for support.

The practice has been part of the local area for more than 40 years and is investing in its future, with a move into a larger, purpose-built facility planned for 2027. There's also room to increase to full time days over time if that suits you.

About You
You're an Associate Dentist looking for a genuinely long-term home, in a team that supports each other and enjoys coming to work. Experience is preferred but not essential, if you're newer to practice but confident and keen to learn, you're just as welcome to apply.

General dentistry skills are required. Experience in orthodontics, crown and bridge, oral surgery or implant dentistry is well regarded and there's plenty of scope to develop these interests, but none of it is a prerequisite, you'll have autonomy to focus on the treatment you're most comfortable providing.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver general and preventive dentistry to a growing patient base
- Utilise CEREC, rotary endodontic and implant surgery facilities as relevant to your scope
- Pursue special interest areas such as orthodontics, crown and bridge, oral surgery or implants where you choose
- Work collaboratively within an experienced six-dentist, one-hygienist team
- Help shape the move into a new, larger facility in 2027
- Maintain high clinical and ethical standards, with full autonomy over treatment planning

The role is based in Perth's northern suburbs, close to Karrinyup, Innaloo and Churchlands, with family-friendly schools, shopping and everyday amenities all close by, useful whether you're settled locally or commuting in from across the northern corridor.
