HS Advisor – Infrastructure Projects | Melbourne’s East

This respected construction group is seeking a hands-on HS Advisor to support a key project in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. If you thrive on-site, driving culture, compliance and best practice, this role puts you right where the action is.

Your Role:

- Partner with project and site teams to deliver practical HS support
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Lead and support incident investigations focused on learning and improvement
- Implement and enhance HS management systems
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted safety training
- Foster a proactive safety culture across all project levels
- Build solid working relationships with clients and contractors

What You’ll Need:

- 3 -5 years’ HS experience in infrastructure or construction
- Minimum Cert IV in WHS; Diploma preferred




- Sound knowledge of Victorian WHS legislation and environmental compliance
- Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach
- Based in Melbourne’s east with flexibility to cover local project sites
- Hold a Construction White Card and experienced in Permit to Work and Work at Heights.
