This well established mobile practice supports clients across the lifespan and is looking for a New Graduate Speech Pathologist to service Melbourne’s western suburbs. You’ll step into a full caseload with a explicit onboarding plan, plenty of clinical support, and a team that genuinely prioritises your development.

You’ll work in community settings including homes, schools, day programs and aged care. Caseloads are shaped where possible around your interests, and you’ll have regular check-ins, supervision and opportunities to build confidence with practical, real world learning.

About the Role

- Service clients within Melbourne’s western suburbs in a 30 minute radius from your home
- Mobile therapy across homes, workplaces, schools, aged care and day programs
- Mixed age caseload, children through to older adults, predominantly NDIS with some private and aged care referrals
- Caseload tailored where possible to your strengths and areas you want to build
- Structured shadowing, supervision and check ins from experienced senior clinicians
- Option to work two days per month supporting the Indigenous community,



with overnight support provided
