Our client, a reputable healthcare practice located in Lane Cove, is currently seeking a Senior Practice Receptionist to join their team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work full time, 4-5 days a week, with flexible hours from 7:30am /8am to 6pm. The hourly rate for this position is $38-40+ with scope for this to increase after 6-12 months. Work in a well established private billing family practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and registering patients
- Managing patient appointments and scheduling
- Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and staff members
- Ordering stock and supplies
- Coordinating and managing the roster
- Managing and resolving IT problems
- Assisting with staff wages and payroll




- Providing administrative support as required

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous Best Practice experience is essential
- Some previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of medical terminology and processes
