Whether you're currently working as a Receptionist, Property Management Assistant, Leasing Consultant or in a customer-facing property role, this position offers a genuine pathway into one of the fastest-growing areas of the property market.

The Role

As Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a premium residential community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting residents with enquiries and service requests
- Coordinating move-ins, move-outs and resident onboarding
- Conducting apartment inspections and orientations
- Supporting leasing inspections and resident retention initiatives
- Assisting with community events and resident engagement programs
- Managing administration, databases and reporting
- Maintaining solid relationships with residents and stakeholders
- Helping ensure the presentation and operation of the asset remains at a high standard

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career within the property industry.
Ideally, you'll have:





- Experience in reception, property administration, residential property management or customer service
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive and professional approach
- High attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Availability to work a Sunday to Thursday roster
